Your sleep, connected
ActiWake keeps the morning simple without hiding the detail. Start with a score, then move through the signals that shaped it.
See the duration of each completed sleep session and how it compares with your target.
Read awake, light and deep periods, with Apple Watch REM reference when available.
Notice snoring, talking, coughing and movement without storing a whole-session recording.
Place restless moments on the timeline instead of losing them inside a single average.
Use one clear starting point, then open the evidence behind the number.
Follow the gap between the rest you aim for and the rest you actually get.

While you sleep
ActiWake analyzes sleep signals and sound events on your iPhone. It keeps useful event context—not a continuous recording of your sleep.
Smart wake
Set your time, choose a 15 or 30-minute smart window, and add the challenge that fits you. The alarm stays part of the same sleep session—not a disconnected utility.

Morning context
Your score opens into duration, deep sleep, sound events and the full session. Over time, Insights adds sleep debt, caffeine, naps and seven-session trends.

Sleep analysis and Event Clips stay in the app’s on-device store. A whole-session raw recording is never kept. Apple Health and other contextual access remain optional and permission-based.
Common questions
No. ActiWake does not store a continuous raw recording. If Event Clips are enabled, a detected event can keep a short 20-second context clip on your device. Clips can be disabled or deleted.
No. ActiWake presents estimated sleep stages for personal wellness context and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care.
No. Challenges are optional. You choose the alarm setup that fits your morning, from a standard alarm to a more involved task.
Apple Health context is optional and permission-based. ActiWake explains why access is useful before asking, and you remain in control.
